KTF Fashion P Ltd was established in 2008 with a vision to concentrate on high end fashion in apparel sector. We are known as a composite unit and we having our own knitting machines, Dyeing process house and Rotary printing machines, today we are one of the dominant player in fabric designing, garment manufacturing.
We export of women's, kids' and men's wear. We have two units located in Narol at Survey Number 168 and 126.
We have modern mechanized Stitching Departments with 600 imported sewing machines of Japanese make, inclusive of Lock-stitch, Over-lock, Flat-lock, Baby-lock, Buttoning, Button-hole machines, Bar-tuck machines, Zigzag machines as well as other required special machineries.
The manufacturing unit is equipped with modern cutting room with mechanized cutting, automatic Thread sucking machines, octopus printing machine, Packet finishing machines, as well as Vacuum system ironing for finishing of knit garments.
We also have facilities for value addition of garments like Chest printing and Embroidery. We have equipment's and specialized machineries for Piece printing with different effects and concepts. It is facilitated with various multi head Embroidery machines giving very good result. We also have sequence attaching unit.
Our Production team comprises around 800 skilled and semi-skilled workers. Our Design Studio is managed by designers and technocrats from NIFT, NID, NIFD. Our Merchandising, Production and Design teams are manned with highly proficient human resource.
