Komal Texfab holds a position of the India's one of the leading organisation with vertical setup of knitting, dyeing & printing, right from its inception in year 1981. Our legacy based on ingenuity, vitality & authenticity leads to celebrate progressive and independent thinking. This all together help us to go ahead for forward integration from garmenting to exports.

We had a very humble & modest beginning as just a printing unit, some 40+ years ago. But our aim had always been very clear — to give our customers the best quality & best services, maintain the highest level of integrity in the business.

1981 — The Beginning

Founded as a humble printing unit with a vision to deliver the best quality fabrics. Started with a small team and a big dream.

Vertical Integration

Expanded into knitting, dyeing and fabric processing — building a vertically integrated setup that covers the complete textile value chain.

2008 — KTF Fashion Pvt Ltd

Established KTF Fashion with a vision to concentrate on high end fashion in apparel sector with 600 imported sewing machines.

2013 — SEZ International

Set up a 100% export oriented unit in the Special Economic Zone (Apparel Park, Khokhra, Ahmedabad) for readymade garment production.

Komal Electrotech

Diversified into electronics and electrical division — manufacturing, trading and repairing all kinds of Industrial Electronics and Electrical instruments.

Today — 750+ Tons/Month

A leading vertically integrated textile group with 750+ tons monthly production capacity, 800+ skilled workforce, and global clientele spanning multiple continents.
